Our Expanded COVID-19 BRFSS modeling project attempts to downscale Center for Disease Control's (CDC) BRFSS survey questions to a county level for 2021 data – focusing on a wide swath of health indicators related to COVID-19. Given the impact of the social determinants on health, we also provide county-level data for key factors that impact health using the American Community Survey (ACS): age, disability, educational attainment, employment, ethnicity, health insurance coverage, limited English, and poverty.
